Fee claims cadence

The token is launched on Pump.fun and creator fees are claimed on a five‑minute cadence. Claimed fees flow into the treasury, where the split is enforced: 70% stays in the treasury, 5% is reserved for fees, and 25% is routed to the team's wallet.
